Electrical/Mechanical Project Coordinator

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project requirements and specifications to ensure that all aspects of the M&E scope are properly planned and executed.
- Develop and coordinate M&E drawings with design engineers and architectural coordinators to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with site superintendents to oversee installation and maintenance of site utilities services.
- Supervise and coordinate M&E activities on-site, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.
- Verify discrepancies and defects in drawings, assessing impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project requirements and schedules.
- Track ongoing site works using Master Programs and assess M&E subcontractors' claims for accuracy and validity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
