As a University Operations Assistant at HYPERSCAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the university.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of donor-funded and non-donor funded lectures, conferences, and seminars under WKWC
- Assisting the Manager (Partnerships and Engagement) with the planning of the engagement schedule for the Academic Year
- Managing key operations and logistics, including venue setup, catering, promotion materials, and event management
You'll also have the opportunity to support the organization of College events, including PSR activities and CIS outreach and admissions events, with responsibilities spanning logistical requirements, engagement and management of student ambassadors, and liaison with other SMU offices or vendors.
A university degree or diploma, with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in a higher education programme delivery and event planning/management role, is required. Excellent organisational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.
