Job Requirements

Nanyang Technological University is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant to support our laboratory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting lab teaching sessions, supervising students, and performing various administrative tasks related to laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or precision engineering, and at least 4 years of experience in operating conventional machining. Familiarity with laboratory operations management and knowledge in ISO45001 and Risk Management are preferred but not compulsory.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting lab teaching sessions and supervising students
* Conducting risk assessments and safety training
* Performing lab equipment maintenance and certification
* Managing lab assets
* Participating in internal/external audit preparation
