Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users.

Job Description:

  • Provide desktop support services to users, including receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
  • Perform imaging/re-imaging tasks as required.
  • Conduct asset inventories to ensure accurate tracking of company assets.
  • Escalate technical issues to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups as needed.
  • Update incident records to ensure accurate tracking of issues.
  • Create and update work instructions to improve processes and procedures.
  • Document standards and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing desktop support services.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows 10 and OS X.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
