The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. They will also troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues, as well as manage Active Directory tasks such as user accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users (onsite and remote).
