Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Engineer to provide top-notch Level 1 support to IT system users. The successful candidate will be responsible for clarifying technical inquiries, escalating complex issues, and ensuring the timely tracking and closure of all queries.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clarify and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner
  2. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers
  3. Track and close all queries efficiently

Additional responsibilities include assisting in user management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.


About You:
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT desktop support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
