What we seek to accomplish together:
This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Desktop Support services to users.
- This entails receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively addressing end-user help requests, as well as escalating incidents when necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and meet SLA expectations.
- Conduct troubleshooting for issues encountered by users.
- Carry out asset inventories.
- Facilitate technical escalations to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.
- Update incident records.
- Create and revise work instructions as needed.
- Document standards and procedures where applicable.
A little about you:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with at least one year of experience in desktop support.
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Hold at least one of the following certifications or their equivalents:
- Demonstrate knowledge in supporting workstations and related components.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
