Job Title: IT Desktop Support Specialist

The IT Desktop Support Technician role requires a skilled professional to provide prompt assistance to customers with IT-related issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, ensuring seamless operations of client platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End User Support – Client Management
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of client platform-related problems
  • Monitoring service levels, documenting configurations, and providing regular reporting
  • Implementation and upgrade of client platforms, management of asset records, and user
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
