
Sales Expansion Leader

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the South East Asia market.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Develop and present customized solutions, including technical proposals and competitive quotations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Drive sales target achievement by supporting account executives and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain industry knowledge and provide strategic input to sales and product development teams.
- Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, deliver training sessions, and share industry best practices.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture networks with potential and existing clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.
- Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving post-sales technical issues.
