Senior Procurement Officer cum Office Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement cum Admin Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include: process purchase requisitions to purchase orders in a timely manner, research potential vendors and perform price comparison, track orders and ensure timely delivery, evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricing, perform DO/invoice matching, arrange logistics for goods collection and delivery, manage relationships with vendors for better pricing and payment terms, collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements, conduct stock count on a monthly basis, process purchase orders for office stationery and pantry items, and filling of all documentation and updating of all records daily.
Requirements and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of working experience as a Procurement Assistant or similar role, good understanding of supply chain procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, hands-on experience with ERP system, and a good attitude with a willingness to learn.
