The Procurement cum Admin Executive will be responsible for:
- Process purchase requisitions to purchase orders in a timely manner
- Research potential vendors and perform price comparison
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricing
- Perform DO/invoice matching
- Arrange logistics for goods collection and delivery
- Manage relationships with vendors for better pricing and payment terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
- Conduct stock count on a monthly basis
- Process purchase orders for office stationery and pantry items
- Filling of all documentation and updating of all records daily
Requirements and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of working experience as a Procurement Assistant or similar role, good understanding of supply chain procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, hands-on experience with ERP system, and a good attitude with a willingness to learn.
