Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality goods/services.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Track inventory and office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand procurement needs and optimize purchasing processes.
- Oversee office operations, facilities management, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting for procurement activities.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation, filing, and compliance-related administrative duties.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and procurement, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Familiarity with fintech industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and procurement management tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
