As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for service delivery of account and prioritization of work requests. You will also manage a team of desktop/system/network and helpdesk engineers during transition phases.
You will identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally. Maintaining long term healthy customer relationships is essential, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and presentation. They will be able to multi-task and handle a large portfolio of customer accounts.
