Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our dynamic team and drive the delivery of exceptional service to our patients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business goals. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business management or a STEM field, is preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative work within a large organization is required.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations at assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with Nursing Officers and Pharmacists to resolve system and process issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to enhance patient experience and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Manage projects and leverage new technologies for cost savings and competitive advantages.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant studies (business management or STEM field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative work
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
