Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice to departments on labour market trends and working with them to develop their hiring strategy.
  • Source for potential candidates through various channels such as campus recruitment, social media platforms (eg LinkedIn), professional networks, etc. This includes organising various outreach events.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential hires in line with HTX's strategic hiring goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring processes.

This includes coordinating with hiring departments on job advertisements, shortlisting, assessments, interviews, onboarding and working closely with HR Shared Services to update the new hires' records in the HR system.
