Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Service Desk team at Indosuez Wealth Management. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming IT production issues and requests, creating tickets as necessary and resolving or escalating issues to the relevant teams.
  • Work closely with Senior Support groups to ensure timely resolutions and effective management of ticket queues.
  • Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade organizational hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors as needed.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory of IT equipment.
  • Complete daily and weekly tasks as required.
  • Document fixes to capture knowledge and contribute to Knowledge Management.
  • Present technical information in simple terms for a less technically aware audience.
