Salary: S$80,000 - S$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SME Lending Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our SME clients, understanding their unique financing needs, and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, becoming their primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Opportunity Identification: Identify new lending opportunities within the SME sector through prospecting and lead generation.

Credit Assessment: Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses for loan applicants, evaluating their financial stability and repayment capacity.

Loan Structuring: Structure and negotiate loan terms in line with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.

Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of SME loan accounts, monitoring performance, repayment behavior, and adherence to loan agreements.


What We're Looking For:
  • Degree Holder
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
