We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Bank Call Centre Executive.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing exceptional customer service by answering enquiries and escalating issues to relevant departments
    • Initiating callbacks to customers to confirm details and resolve concerns
  • Delivering excellent service at all times with a strong service mindset

Requirements:

  • Possessing a Diploma in any field of study or equivalent qualification
  • No prior experience is required, however, experience in Contact Centres, Banking or Customer Service environments will be advantageous
