Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts and service enquiries.
  • Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Working Arrangements: 5 working days per week with flexible AM and PM shifts between 8am - 12 midnight.
