As a customer service representative, your role will be to provide timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent service.
  • You will conduct appointment bookings and rescheduling as required, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • You will handle and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide callback assistance and perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

For this position, you will need a minimum of NITEC qualification, ability to travel to Red Hill MRT, and prior experience in call centre operations is highly advantageous.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, this role requires strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Word.
