Administrative Support Specialist

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager, including preparing documents for approval, monitoring leave applications, and assisting with subcontractors' PO / sublets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with administrative activities and paperwork
Prepare documents for approval
Monitor leave application for approval
Monitor over time submission for approval
Assist with all subcontractors PO / sublets
Conduct follow up according to subcontractors' last activity
Ensure office supplies are sufficient and to order
Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering
Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement
Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces
Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
Customer Care
Liaise with call centre on customer requests
Assist with CCR-S
Assist with VOC scores and response rate
Requirements
Minimum 1 year admin or working experience
