The Role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support office administration, documentation, and data entry of invoices
  • Office administrative matters such as filing, copy/fax
  • Attend to incoming calls and handle mail
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as instructed

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience
  • Minimum education: GCE N Level
  • Meticulous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in learning
