The Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Support office administration, documentation, and data entry of invoices
- Office administrative matters such as filing, copy/fax
- Attend to incoming calls and handle mail
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as instructed
Ideal Profile
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of admin experience
- Minimum education: GCE N Level
- Meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in learning
