Kingsmen is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our Sales & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database management and entry
  • Assisting in tendering exercises
  • Handling, channeling and monitoring of enquiries through various channels
  • Coordination of photography and videography on-site and archiving of materials
  • Production of marketing proposals & collaterals (including brochures & newsletters)
  • Execution of Marketing campaigns to drive new or existing businesses
  • Organising and managing corporate events & marketing activities
  • Website/ social media content & eDM management

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good skills in Microsoft office (Excel, powerpoint), working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Good organizational skills, meticulous and an eye for detail
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team-player
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
