We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team at Royal Ocean Marine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of marketing-related documents and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Executives in drafting commercial proposals and contracts.
- Manage and update customer records, vessel registrations, and other relevant data on our system.
- Perform general clerical duties, including printing, mailing, and data entry.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Proactive, independent, organized, meticulous, and resourceful.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate and work well in a team.
