Centurion Circle is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in business development, sales management, and leadership to drive results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities

The Strategic Sales Director will:
  • Partner with sales leadership and other functional groups to ensure the sales team has the necessary support and guidance to exceed sales targets.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales cycle and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with senior sales management, marketing, and other business partners to develop and execute a successful go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Lead and assist new business or expansion teams in identifying and prioritizing prospective accounts, establishing consistent sales metrics and practices, and generating business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate success in building a team, adding pipeline, and fueling explosive growth.
  • Provide guidance on tools used to facilitate sales cycles and understand how they work together to achieve growth and improvement.
  • Understand customer profiles and business models to help prioritize opportunities for consistent and repeatable results.
  • Provide regular reporting on opportunity statistics, pipeline, and advancement, wins and losses, and opportunities for improvement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.

  • Proven track record in business development, sales management, and leadership.
  • Strong negotiation, account management, upselling, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform sales strategy.
  • Experience in sales management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.
