Organisational Advisor Role

This is an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to the team and team leads, helping shape organisational structures, talent strategies, and cultivate performance cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with business leaders on team structures, headcount planning, performance and organisational health;
  • Monitor and analyse people metrics (attrition, team engagement, career development) to identify challenges and growth opportunities;
  • Co-lead or support key people programmes: performance reviews, promotion cycles, manager enablement, onboarding, etc;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting teams, total rewards, and people operations to ensure timely delivery of people solutions;
  • Support organisational changes and transitions in scale-ups, reorgs, and new product rollouts;
  • Drive initiatives to enhance team cohesion, culture alignment, and employee experience.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably from startups or FinTech industry;
  • Solid expertise in minimum of 3 areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organisation Development, Training & Development;
  • Experience supporting hyper growth businesses' commercial and tech teams (Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Product);
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, org development, and talent planning;
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in supporting distributed or remote-first teams;
  • Strong data literacy (Google Sheets, HR dashboards, etc);
  • Fluency in English.
