HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive people strategies across all business units, aligning HR delivery with business priorities to drive organisational success through people-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with business and leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies in multinational environments, especially sales and marketing.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing guidance and support to senior leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and organisational change.
  • Analyse workforce data, coach executives, and manage complex people matters to strengthen leadership capability and support future business needs.
  • Partner with business and leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies, particularly within multinational sales and marketing environments.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and building stakeholder relationships. They will also possess strong commercial acumen, data analysis skills, and decision-making under pressure.
