Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team. This role will involve partnering with business units to understand their needs and implement HR strategies that drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to understand their strategy and implement HR practices that support their goals.
  • Provide HR guidance to line management and employees, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assess team and employee development needs and recommend solutions.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on how to manage each case.
  • Integrate with HR colleagues to implement solutions and drive employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in a global team and high-growth company.
  • Prior experience supporting and working in a tech business environment.
  • 2+ years of experience managing HR Business Partners.
  • BA/BS degree required.
