HR Business Partner Role

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with business leaders and provide strategic HR support.

  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to the organization's success.
  • Advise and coach managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to build strong relationships and provide strategic support.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to communicate HR initiatives and updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and manage the probation process.
  • Maintain and update HR/payroll master data, including employee information, allowances, deductions, and leave balances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
