Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support in all facets of human resources, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the administration of employee work permits, arranging job assignments, and applying for necessary work permits. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a degree in human resources or an equivalent field.

Additional requirements include at least two years of relevant work experience, with expertise in payroll processing, benefits management, and succession planning. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and maintain accurate records.
