Job Description:
">This role requires a professional to support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, processes, and programmes.
">You will collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver value-added HR services and support. This includes administering and executing end-to-end HR processes related to onboarding and offboarding.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing on-site experience for new hires and departing staff during transition periods. They must ensure services are compliant with policies and all relevant legislation.
">To achieve this, you will deliver high-quality HR services in line with defined SLAs and KPIs. You will also maintain accurate HR system records according to established standards and procedures.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you should possess a min. Diploma in Human Resources or a Business-related discipline. A min. 1 year experience in a HR support role, preferably within the healthcare sector is essential.
">You should be comfortable managing high-volume tasks with a strong sense of data confidentiality. The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities is also crucial.
">A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets is necessary.
