Job Title: Strategic Organisational Advisor

About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will serve as a trusted business partner to our teams and leaders. Your primary focus will be on shaping our organisational structure, talent strategy, and performance culture. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with business leads to drive team effectiveness and deliver business results.
  • Analyse people metrics to identify challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of people solutions.
  • Support organisational changes and transitions in scale-ups, reorgs, and new product rollouts.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has 10+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably from startups or FinTech industry.
  • Has solid expertise in minimum of 3 areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organisation Development, Training & Development.
  • Can support hyper growth businesses' commercial and tech teams (Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Product).
  • Has strong knowledge of performance management, org development, and talent planning.
  • Is an exceptional communicator, coach, and problem-solver.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience supporting distributed or remote-first teams.
  • Strong data literacy (Google Sheets, HR dashboards, etc).
