Strategic Organisational Growth Specialist

You are a strategic thinker, passionate about driving organisational growth and development. In this key role, you will support the Head of Department in achieving strategic objectives through effective project management, collaboration and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the department in developing organisational goals, strategies and workplans.
- Facilitate planning and execution of annual management workplan retreats and organisational team building retreats.
- Implement and lead execution of hospital initiatives and events designed to promote organisation development and learning.
- Develop and maintain policies to ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Prepare and manage governance documentation (e.g. Governance Evaluation Checklist).
- Support annual Enterprise Risk Management exercise to identify and mitigate potential risk.
- Manage and maintain organisation performance dashboard and track progress against strategic objectives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure regular reporting on progress and facilitate necessary adjustments.
- Provide comprehensive secretariat support for senior management, management, Board and sub-Board meetings.
- Assist in preparation of materials and reports for quarterly Board meetings and relevant sub-board meetings.
- Organise and support engagement activities and manage follow-up actions.
- Recognised degree in Business, Hospital Management or healthcare-related discipline.
- At least one to two years of experience.
- Exposure to charity, healthcare or community care sector is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
