Director of Organisational Growth

The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for crafting organisational goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities:- Organisation and Strategic Management: Work closely with the Board to develop and implement organisational plans and ensure effective governance systems are in place.
- Operational Management: Lead and manage teams on day-to-day operations, work together with volunteers towards impactful programme outcomes, and ensure operational and fiscal integrity.
- Resource Development: Raise funds, explore and develop self-sustaining initiatives, establish relationships with strategic partners, and build strong donor relations.
- Senior management and leadership experience in the social sector, preferably with a proven track record in working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous fundraising experience and strong donor relations skills would be an asset.
- Experience working with Boards, armed with knowledge of governance/compliance regulations.
- Experience working with NGOs or non-profits in serving refugees and displaced persons would be advantageous.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
