The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask with ease.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining office supplies, data entry, and filing documents
  • Providing administrative support to staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Issuing invoices and documentation
  • Supporting colleagues who are working from home or outside of the office


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
