As a Branch Customer Service Officer at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless banking experience for our valued clients. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing proactive support, resolving queries efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for someone to assist customers with their general enquiries and provide solutions that meet their banking needs.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive in sharing knowledge of our digital platforms and promoting cashless transactions to enhance the customer experience.
- Be familiar with our latest banking products and services to suggest alternative solutions to customers where suitable.
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to stand for long hours and commit to branch operating hours for 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
- A strong service-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
About You
If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply. Proficiency in banking, customer satisfaction, customer focus, customer service, mobile apps, answering enquiries from customers, and customer service experience is highly desirable.
