The Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential. Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Offer accurate information about our automotive products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and warranty claims.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Estimated Salary Range: $4,000 - $6,000 per month

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and electric vehicles is a plus.
