Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Customer Service Manager to support our daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective customer service processes. This role is crucial in helping the Customer Service Manager achieve service excellence and maintain high customer satisfaction levels within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily customer service operations, focusing on process improvements and efficient communication with customers.
- Support the team by providing detailed information about our products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, collaborating with the team to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints, supporting the team to achieve positive service recovery.
- Act as a point of contact and provide guidance to counter staff when the Customer Service Manager is unavailable.
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports and customer feedback summaries, highlighting key insights for management.
- Contribute to monitoring customer satisfaction levels, proactively identifying potential issues and assisting in implementing improvements.
- A minimum of a Diploma or GCE O Level qualification in any field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry, with exposure to handling client feedback and resolving complaints.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse associates and clients.
- Organised, dependable, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and documentation.
