This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences at VivoCity, a leading shopping mall in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to shoppers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
- Attend to shopper inquiries promptly and efficiently, resolving issues through effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall shopping experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process sales of Mapletree shopping vouchers, adding value to customers' shopping experiences.
- A minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Availability to work on a 6-day week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 25,000 - SGD 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
