About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Quality Service Manager to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to enhancing patient experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote a patient-centric culture, focusing on delivering exceptional service and care.
  • Lead the feedback management process, ensuring effective service recovery and staff engagement.

Requirements
  • A recognized degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer/patient service operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing a service-oriented culture, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in developing, evaluating, and conducting service training programs.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Possess expertise in conflict resolution, data analytics, and presentation skills.

What We Offer

An attractive salary of SGD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
