Seeking an experienced Patient Relations Manager to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient experience, improve communication, and build strong relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive patient relations strategy to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Establish strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers through effective communication and empathy.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to operationalize patient experience initiatives and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Provide training and resources to staff on patient-centered care, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with patients and families to identify areas for improvement and gather suggestions for enhancing patient experience.
  • Work closely with the corporate communications team to develop and execute patient engagement events and programs.
  • Proactively identify caregiver stress and offer support and resources to help them cope better.
Requirements
  • Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Counselling related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in hospitality or healthcare public relations or caregiver support and counselling.
  • At least 4-5 years of managerial experience.
  • Prior patient relations work experience from Healthcare/Social Service industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What We Offer

We are offering a competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
