Patient Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Patient Experience Manager to lead our efforts in improving patient relations and satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient experience, build strong relationships with patients and their families, and provide exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare public relations or caregiver support and counseling.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient experience strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Built strong relationships with patients, their families, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Identify and address patient concerns and issues, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with corporate communications, pastoral care services, and nursing teams to organize patient engagement events and programs.
- Supervise, train, and mentor ward ambassadors to ensure exceptional patient relations and communication.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare public relations or caregiver support and counseling.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Prior experience working in a managerial role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Counseling related field of study.
The estimated salary range is based on national averages for this role in Singapore. However, actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, industry, and level of experience.
