Patient Experience Enhancement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Patient Quality Service Manager to lead our patient experience enhancement initiatives and foster a patient-centric culture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives that drive exceptional patient experiences.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a recognized degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer/patient service operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in establishing a service-oriented culture, as well as experience in developing, evaluating, and conducting service training.
The successful candidate will also have excellent writing and editing skills, expertise in conflict resolution, data analytics, and presentation skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

What We Offer
