Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to be outsourced to various organizations in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, resolving issues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries through voice and/or non-voice channels
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
