Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Lead to join our team at INITIA INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic customer service initiatives.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, with a proven track record of managing teams and providing actionable feedback. They will be able to work closely with senior management to design and implement procedures that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, mentor, and coach team members to achieve quality and productivity standards
• Train and upskill new and existing team members on customer service best practices
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and curate procedures for optimal customer experience
• Attend to visitors and customers, providing satisfactory service
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor appointments
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and satisfactorily
• Implement and improve customer retention practices
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers
• Assist in other areas as needed
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
• Prior experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic digital literacy
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong leadership skills
About Our Offer:
