Commercial Engagement Manager

The Senior Commercial Executive is responsible for maintaining and enhancing commercial engagement with clients. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities within the aviation industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through regular communication and targeted outreach efforts.
- Developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to deliver successful solutions for customers.
- Drafting contracts and quotations for ad hoc flights and other services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Managing customer contact databases, including Salesforce, to track interactions and inform future sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/sales experience in the aviation or aerospace industries.
- Strong understanding of drafting commercial contracts and familiarity with industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
