Senior IT Support Team Leader for Major Incidents

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Support Team Lead to join our team at GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for leading the support team in managing all aspects of major incidents, ensuring timely incident resolution and request fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing major incidents, including customer and internal communications, escalation management, and collaboration with internal teams.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex incidents. They will also have experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in telecommunications within a large-scale business environment
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical support or service desk environment
- Experience with developing training programs and delivering training
- ITIL V4 Foundation certificate and experience working with ServiceNow
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working ConditionsThe selected candidate will work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage. They will be required to maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
