Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs, business strategies, and overall objectives.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as an HR Business Partner for key account(s), delivering tailored recruitment and HR solutions to meet the client's strategic goals.
- Employee Management: Oversee the onboarding, management, and development of employees within the RPO model, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Performance Management: Execute performance management processes for client teams, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and delivering feedback to optimize productivity and service delivery.
- Client Delivery & Recruitment Oversight: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of hiring goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports to clients, employee performance, and overall account health.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Singaporeans and PR preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition, preferably within an RPO model.
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in employee/employer management and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience managing large-scale recruitment projects within the RPO framework.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Environment that allows/appreciates initiatives.
