About the Opportunity

Wind River is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term strategic business relationships with key target accounts in the Telco & Networking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Wind River's presence in the Telco & Networking market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at key target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales technical experts, professional services, and post-sales technical support, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Wind River's market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a strong background in the Telco & Networking sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive, passion, curiosity, honesty, integrity, team player, strong leadership, focused, committed, planning, and organizing skills.
