Strategic Accounts Sales Director

Aveva is a global leader in industrial software, and we're seeking a strategic accounts sales director to join our team.
As a sales leader, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets for the strategic accounts segment in South East Asia.
You will lead a team of strategic account managers and work closely with customer success and renewals teams to drive deeper customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and exceeding sales targets for the strategic accounts segment
- Focusing on key growth metrics, such as large complex deals and shift to SaaS
- Aggressively driving continuous growth and conversion of qualified pipeline
- Role modeling high-quality sales processes and working with customer success and renewals to drive usage and renewal of our software
- Working with marketing to enhance external visibility and customer engagement via account-based marketing
Requirements include:
- ~15 years of software sales experience in large/enterprise accounts space
- Track record of meeting/exceeding targets and constructing large, complex deals
- Experience working closely with customer success and renewals to drive deeper customer engagement
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, channels, and services teams
We're looking for a sales leader who can develop strong relationships with senior customer executives, deploy vision, problem-solving, deal structuring, and negotiation skills to create and close multi-million dollar, complex opportunities.
